Happy New Year! Boy have I got a load of words for you all to read. The writer inside my brain has been processing a lot lately. Perhaps it got an update? Speaking of, I’m one of those ornery people who don’t like updates. I know, I know. We should all get the next level up, clear out the bugs, install the latest system…but I don’t. I’m not sure how I’d be described by not doing so. So, I guess my little processor in the brain just got more creative. And I’m so excited!!! 
You know I have a release this month, right? The third Boone County Book! I’m a bit stoked about this one. It’s a little different than the first two. There is mention of some previous characters, but it could read as a standalone just fine. And then there’s the true standalone I’m working through right now…..it’s difficult to keep it under wraps, truly! Let’s just say that the cover is something UNLIKE I’ve ever done. I hope I don’t talk myself out of it. But the story…..anyone like fake relationships out there? Ones that have the guy and girl at each other’s throats? Okay, then this is for you. 🙂
Now to the third one….it’s from Boone County. Number four, to be exact. It’s coming to you from the youngest young woman in Boone. The daughter to an aforementioned character to be exact. Do you remember Birdie Phillips from book two? Well, it’s her granddaughter spotlighted in this one. It’s sure to keep you wrapped, fussing at characters, and grabbing for a few tissues. Sorry to end the year in books with a bit of a reflective kind, but it’s good to take a hot second and appreciate, isn’t it? But that’s next winter….we’ve got a ways to go before that one. We have to find out about Sadie first! (Forget Me Not)
